HOW TO REGISTER / LOGIN

Step 1 - Contact us to establish a COCC Student ID Number
- Call (541) 383-7270, Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm
Email us at
email@example.com with the following information: name, mailing address, phone number, email address and date of birth (required). We will respond to you in one business day. NOTE: New accounts may be created during registration check out, but accounts with names similar to yours may prevent the creation of a new account. You will be required to provide your social security number if you create an account online.
Step 2 - Register (online, by phone, mail, email or in-person)

firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, date of birth (required), class title and start date. We will respond to you in one business day to confirm your registration and arrange payment.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Students must cancel by contacting our office via phone: (541) 383-7270 or email: email@example.com. Cancellations received seven days prior to the start of the class will receive a full refund. Full refunds are also issued for classes cancelled by COCC. Refunds will be issued in the form of a check and mailed within two weeks of the cancellation date. Failure to participate in a course or program does not result in a refund. Exceptions to the general refund policy are noted in the course descriptions on our website and in the printed schedule.
