What is the goal of daily writing?
My tentative focusing question is:
Why is daily writing, reading comprehension, and spelling
important?
Other questions that will help me to explore my focus question are:
At what age should children begin to write?
Is spelling important?
When and how do you teach vocabulary?
How do you test reading comprehension to a student who can
not
read?
Are there case studies available that show the long term
results of
these principles?
My tentative thesis is:
Improved reading comprehension and vocabulary are important
in
order for students to have confidence in their writing
skills.
