Central Oregon Community College uses a central IT support model to accommodate all of the campus’ computing needs.  User Services’ Help Desk is the focal point into this network of support staff.  You can use the Help Desk icon on this page or call ext. 7770 (383-7770) for assistance.  There are instructions for this site listed under User Guides to the left.  Also, there is a self-help section listed under FAQ’s.

ITS will attempt to resolve emergencies within 1 day whenever possible. Please call Help Desk ext. 7770 (383-7770) for immediate assistance with work stoppage emergencies.  If you have a non-critical problem then you can use the Help Desk Icon on this page.  If you are having difficulty deciding the severity of your problem and it is time sensitive then please call ext. 7770.
