Welcome to the User Services Help Desk. Central Oregon Community College uses a central IT support model to accommodate all of the campus’ computing needs. User Services’ Help Desk is the focal point into this network of support staff. You can use the Help Desk icon on this page or call ext. 7770 (383-7770) for assistance. Support Policy ITS will attempt to resolve emergencies within 1 day whenever possible. Please call Help Desk ext. 7770 (383-7770) for immediate assistance with work stoppage emergencies.
