ASCOCC Election Candidates
The Associated Students of Central Oregon Community College (ASCOCC)
is comprised of six ASCOCC Council Officers; the student body elects
three council members before the end of the spring term and an
Appointment Committee appoints the remaining three positions. (See
Article IX of the ASCOCC Constitution).
has voted in a change in structure for the Council. Beginning with the 2014-15
ASCOCC Council, there will now be a President and two Vice President positions
that will make up the elected council members.
Council members is administered and regulated by the Office of Student
Life and is held during spring term. Voting shall be done electronically
using the College’s online system (BlackBoard) and made available to
students for a minimum of three days.
Elected Candidate Election Packets are available April 18, 2014 for the upcoming ASCOCC Council member election.

June 2-5 Appointed Council Candidate Interviews
June 6 Appointment Committee Announces 2014-15 Council Slate
June 9 2014-2015 ASCOCC Council Confirmed by COCC President
