Summer Group Housing
Central Oregon Community College, through
the Housing and Residence Life Office, is pleased to offer summer group housing
in COCC’s on-campus residence hall for camps, conferences and events sponsored by departments of Central Oregon Community
College, local/state/federal government entities, community groups, and civic organizations. In general,
a group qualifies for summer group housing if the group has an educational
purpose or is participating in an educational program during their time here.
Constructed in 2015 and conveniently located
near the Coats Campus Center dining hall, track and library, the residence hall
offers 300+ beds with mountain views and includes:
- Community Kitchen and Lounge
- Group lounge and study room
- AC in the Lobby (not in suites)
- Laundry facility
- Recycling center
- Adjacent complimentary parking (Guest Pass
Our 4-person suites are very spacious and range between 500-700 sq. ft. Single
suites feature 4 private bedrooms. Double suites offer 2 bedrooms sleeping 2
people each. All suites feature:
- Bedframe and Twin XL mattress
- Desk and Chair
- Standing Closet
- Cable-ready jacks
- Shared bath with 2 sinks
