Summer Group Housing

Central Oregon Community College, through the Housing and Residence Life Office, is pleased to offer summer group housing in COCC’s on-campus residence hall for camps, conferences and events sponsored by departments of Central Oregon Community College, local/state/federal government entities, community groups, and civic organizations. In general, a group qualifies for summer group housing if the group has an educational purpose or is participating in an educational program on the COCC campus or in the Central Oregon region.

Juniper Hall accommodates up to 100 people in comfortably furnished rooms. Each double room contains a twin bed, closet, desk, and book shelf for each occupant. The floor plan includes approximately six double rooms in each hallway and four hallways in each wing. The two wings are joined at the core by common recreational and social areas. Bathrooms and showers are communal and gender-specific; one male and one female bathroom/shower facility are located in each of the two wings. Amenities include: wireless internet access in the main lobby/lounge; Ethernet internet access in all rooms; large-screen TV and DVD player; game room; fitness room; and coin-operated laundry facilities.

Summer 2015 will be the last summer that conferences are accommodated in Juniper Hall. Beginning Summer 2016 all summer group housing will be accommodated in COCC's new residence hall. Summer Group Housing is available following the completion of the spring academic term at COCC (typically around mid-June) up to the Friday before Labor Day (typically the end of August). There are no exceptions to these dates.

For Summer 2015: $40.00 per room per night, regardless of single or double occupancy.
