The Housing and Residence Life Office at Central Oregon Community College manages your housing application, room and roommate assignments, and communications in MyHousing.

TIP: You will need your COCC student email and password provided by COCC Admissions to login to MyHousing and to complete the application. COCC Student Email Address lookup.
  

New Student Housing Application

Resources for New Students 

If you are new to COCC or are new to on-campus housing:

Step 1:  Apply and be admitted to COCC or OSU-C
Step 2:  Complete your New Student Housing Application
Step 3:  *Pay your $100 Housing Application Fee (non-refundable) and $200 Housing Security Deposit (refundable)
Step 4:
 Regularly check your COCC email and MyHousing for updates and next steps


Returning Student Housing Application

If you lived in on-campus housing during the current academic year:

Step 1:  Complete your Returning Student Housing Application
Step 2:  *Pay your $100 Housing Application Fee (non-refundable) and $200 Housing Security Deposit (refundable)
Step 3: 
Form your Roommate and Suitemate Groups
Step 4:  Participate in the Room Selection process
Step 5:  Regularly check your COCC email and MyHousing for updates and next steps


*NOTE: Charges will be applied to the student's COCC student billing account within five (5) business days after submitting the housing application and we will send an email to your COCC email account with information on how to pay those charges.
