Plan Example 3: Transfer Student Fast Track for OSU-C TOL Majors

1)  Complete these classes first:   OL 111, OL 253, OL 255, BA 101, CIS 120 or CIS 131

2)  Upon completion of those courses, complete these courses:  OL 244, OL 271, OL 273, OL 207, FOR 255

3)  Complete these after the above courses, or concurrent with OL 273:  HTRM 233 or OL 294CC or OL 294RC or OL 294WG; and OL / HHP 280

This plan is ONLY for students who have an AAOT already in place or are within a class or two of completing an Associates degree and are enrolled at OSU-Cascades.  Students will work with an OSU-Cascades academic advisor to fit the required courses into a viable schedule.

Students should be reminded that just because OL 207 has a lower course number than the other second year classes, it really should be thought of as one of their later lower division courses to take.   Although OL 207 helps students develop a direction for their studies and their professional development, it is much more beneficial for students who already have some idea of what they want to be working toward.  It is helpful to complete OL 207 prior to their practicum (OL / HHP 280) but not mandatory.
