Here a crew of choker setters labor in the brush to hook up the logs and chokers to the butt rigging. This six foot butt log was harvested in the Oregon Coast Range.

The large cable seen near the top of the photo is a guyline from the tower. The mainline goes off up hill (right), while the haulback line goes off downhill (left).
