  • Looking for detailed topographic maps of Oregon?

    Software

The Library provides access to Oregon topographic map software (Terrain Navigator) on campus computers.

    How to access topo maps:

    1. On any campus computer, click the start button, then select "All Programs."
    2. Select the "Class Applications" menu.
    3. Select the "Mapping" option.
    4. "My Topo Terrain Navigator" should appear as one of the options (see image below). Click on "Terrain Navigator Pro," and you'll have access to detailed topographic maps for Oregon, searchable by place name.

We also have detailed topographic maps of Washington and California on CD-ROM in the Library. Ask for these maps at the Information Desk, and use the large-screen computer in Room 103 (where the map-viewing software is installed) to view them.

    Paper Maps

Our paper map collection includes USGS 7.5 minute and 15 minute series maps for Oregon, as well as historical maps of Bend (1913-1928).

You can view paper maps and our nifty world globe in our map area, just beyond the Information Desk.
