Main Motion: TJ moved and David seconded that groups be allowed to fire members according to the criteria in the syllabus. The motion passes.
Main Motion: TJ moved and Tyson seconded using the self and peer grade option. The motion passes.
Main Motion: Aaron moved and Michael seconded using the random method of selecting groups. The motion passes.
Proposed motion: Tyson moved and Zack seconded that the group presentations be worth 50 points each. The motion fails. Therefore, the presentations will be worth 100 points each totaling to 200 points.
Group Consensus Session, 4/2: After breaking up in to five small groups and trying to reach consensus on the issues, this class chose to impose Auto Firing according to the requirements of the syllabus.

Main Motion: Patrick moved and Jason seconded using the random method of selecting group members. The motion passes.
Main Motion: Jason R. moved and Jason M. seconded that groups be allowed to fire according to the criteria in the syllabus. The motion passes.
Main motion: Robert moved and Jason seconded that group projects be worth 100 points, totaling up to 200 points. The motion passes.
Main motion: Kathleen moved and Casey seconded that the class uses Self- and Peer Evaluation.
Motion to Amend. Robert moved and Robbie seconded adding to the motion that if points are to be deducted from a group member during this process a valid reason or reasons should be given. The motion to amend passes.
The amended motion passes. Therefore, "the class will use Self- and Peer Evaluation at the end of the term to, if so determined, redistribute 10% of the 200 points possible for the presentations. Whenever students deduct points from a group member, they should provide a valid reason for the deduction."
