Legends of Mexico
Mexico is very well known for its legends, myths and tales. Legends came from the time of the Aztecs, Mayans, Totecs, Huicholes, as well as legends after the arrival of the Europeans to the American Continent. Legends talks about love, nature and everyday life. Nelda Reyes and Gerardo Calderon, Portland present a program focused on pre-Hispanic legends of Mexico with musical accompaniment on guitar and indigenous instruments.
