One session of Learn to Run paid for by Staff Wellness for Benefited Employees - Write COCC on top of Registration Form and submit to FootZone.
Learn To Run Fall Session:
Fall into good habits and change with the season. This 8 session class is timed so you’ll be prepared for the I Like Pie Run/Walk or Jingle Bells Run. Sign-up for the run with confidence or skip it, there’s no pressure with LTR.
Mondays & Wednesdays: 5:30-6:30pm

Fleet Feet Sports' Get In Motion Walking Program is FREE for benefited employees (paid for by the Staff Wellness Fund) and offers 5 weeks of education, motion, and fun. Stay posted for more information regarding the Winter session.
