Sexual Harassment & Discrimination Policy & Training

The goal of Central Oregon Community the College is to provide an atmosphere that encourages our faculty, staff and students to realize their full potential. In support of this goal, it is the policy of the Central Oregon Community College Board of Directors that there will be no discrimination or harassment on the basis of age, disability, gender, marital status, national origin, color, race, religion, sexual orientation or veteran status in any educational programs, activities or employment.

Under the College policy, discriminatory and harassing behaviors will not be tolerated and it is the responsibility of every member of the COCC community to ensure that this policy is strictly enforced. This includes notifying all members of the campus community their rights and responsibilities under the COCC non-discrimination and harassment policy.

The online course will take approximately 30-45 minutes to complete. You will be tested at the end of the program and asked to print out a certificate of completion to send to the Human Resource Department.
