FWS Forms and Handbooks for Students and Supervisors
All supervisors will receive a Federal Work-Study Handbook when their allocation has been approved. If you have not received a handbook and have been allocated money, please contact the Work-Study Coordinator at 541-383-7263 or click on the link below to download the handbook.

All forms MUST be complete and returned to the CAP Center for processing before students can begin working. CAP Center is located in the Barber Library, lower level.
