Why should I choose an eRefund method?
Your COCC refund or financial aid award can now be deposited directly into your bank account.   You can also:   

  • View the status of your refund on the eRefund website 
  • Receive email notifications of refunds when they are disbursed

Who should select an eRefund method?
All COCC students should select a refund method, whether you receive financial aid or not. Anytime that you have a credit on your account that requires a refund to be issued, the refund will be issued based on your refund method selection.

How do I sign up? 
Logon to your Bobcat Web Account, select eRefund under the Student Services tab.  Follow the steps to choose your refund method.

What are my options?

Direct Deposit
  • This is a great option for students who already have a checking or savings account.
  • Your COCC refund will be automatically deposited into your existing checking or savings account.  
  • Your refund will be deposited within 1-2 business days.

Sallie Mae® No Fee Student Checking with Debit MasterCard®
  • Automatic, same-day refund transfer to your open and active account. 
  • Fee free access to cash at over 35,000 innetwork ATMs nationwide.
  • Free bill pay service and account transfers.
  • Easy deposit options including Direct Deposit and e-Deposit from your iPhone® or home scanner.  
  • Mobile banking to view balances, transaction history, find an ATM and more. 

Paper Check
  • Your refund will be mailed from Sallie Mae Campus Solutions.
  • Checks are mailed to the address on file with Admissions & Records. 
  • Cash your check immediately. If you don’t cash it, the check will be canceled 180 days after the date on the check. 
  • Your refund check will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
