Dietary Manager
The Dietary Manager program is uniquely designed to help
students who are already employed to receive certification while
working. The program can be completed in three terms, with
classroom work offered one day per week. The courses give a
foundation in quantity food production, personnel management,
nutrition care principles and food service systems management. The
field experience may be completed at the student's worksite or on
campus and will provide a practical application of the principles
learned in coursework. Students completing the program will be
prepared to sit for the national examination to become Certified
Dietary Managers approved by the Dietary Managers
Association.
