Microsoft Certification Prep: Excel 2013

Security+ Certification Prep
This class prepares students to pass the Comp TIA
Security+ Exam. It is part of the series of classes designed to give students
the skills they need to find work in IT. By the end of this 8 week class
students will prove competence in security technologies, protocols, physical
security, as well as how to protect against viruses and other attacks. Taught
by a Security Expert. Required text: CompTIA Security+ Study Guide: SYO-401,
Windows 7 Configuration Cert. Prep
Certification counts! It tells the world what you are
capable of and validates your skills. Certification in Windows 7 can open doors
and present opportunities for work in the IT field. This class prepares you for
the Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist Exam, 70-680. Expect to spend 6
hours between each class with homework. Prerequisite: Familiarity with Windows
7. Required text: MCTS Self-Paced Training Kit (Exam) 70-680. Text and testing

Cisco CCNA Security
This class introduces security related issues and
provides essential skills network administrators need in order to provide
security for a computer network. Information in this course will also include
protective security technologies including TCP packet analysis, network device
hardening, advanced firewall techniques, cryptography, intrusion prevention
systems, LAN security, virtual private networks, network attacks and mitigation
techniques, and security policy planning. Prerequisite: CIS 154C, CCNA
certification or instructor permission.
Cisco Networking CCENT Cert Prep
This is a multi-week class on Cisco Certified Network
Associate, Part 1-ICND1. ICND1 or CCENT is a certification program for network
engineers or those with networking background that helps maximize their
investment in foundational networking knowledge and increase the value of their
employer's network. The ICND1 validates the ability to install, configure, operate,
and troubleshoot medium-size routed and switched networks. This is part one of
a two part series leading to CCNA certification. Text and testing fee are

Healthcare IT Technician
IT use is essential in the healthcare field. The CompTIA
Healthcare IT Technician certification covers the knowledge and skills required
to implement, deploy, and support healthcare IT systems in U.S. clinical
settings. Earn a certification that puts you ahead of the rest. This class
prepares you to take and pass the CompTIA HIT-001 Certification exam. IT staff
can learn how to stay in compliance with all the changing rules and regulations
and the computer operations that make this possible. Computer repair experience
