Accountability is a foundational characteristic that guarantees success on team dynamics and initiatives. Accountability should be present within the team environment, management philosophy, and ultimately as part of the organizational culture. In this series of six sessions you will:            

  • Develop a common language and foundation of accountability for self, team and overall organization
  • Identify the building blocks of a culture of accountability
  • Interpret behaviors that drive accountability and proactive communication
  • Create your individual roadmap to help transform your leadership style in a culture of accountability

Session Topics:

1 – Building the Case for Accountability 
Learn the importance of adopting a new mindset of accountability. A general business use case will be reviewed to provide an overview of the model and its requirements.

2 – The Accountability Cycle 
Identify the roles and responsibilities for leadership and team members to succeed in an organization with a strong culture of accountability. See how self-empowerment fuels the accountability system and how to use proactive communication to ensure achievement of goals and initiatives.

3 – Clear Agreements – An Accountable Project Management Tool for Effective Leaders
Understand the critical components of clear agreements. Learn tips and techniques for crafting effective agreements and managing their execution.

4 – Behaviors and Communication 
Recognize empowering behaviors required to support true accountability and how effective communication will help you lead a cultural shift. A personal behavior self-assessment will be administered to begin developing a baseline for assessing your readiness to implement the accountability model.

5 – Roadmap/work session 
Using your personal behavior self-assessment results, you will begin developing a personalized business use case for implementing the accountability model. You will develop a roadmap and next steps for your individual situation.

6 – Individual Mentoring Sessions 
Each participant will receive one on one coaching time to review their use case and roadmap and receive immediate feedback and analysis to help perfect the roadmap.

Eduardo Aliskevich

Eduardo has 15+ years of experience designing, developing and presenting leadership and organizational development programs in multiple industries. He holds a MS in Training and Learning Technology and received the Accountability Experience training certification in 2012. He has presented accountability training to numerous audiences and feels this is a key competency to effective personal and organizational leadership.
