Advancing Your Leadership Impact inspires participants to make the shift to the next level in terms of their impact as a leader. Based on proven personal mastery practices coupled with an exploration of the most important leadership skills needed today, this powerful, highly-experiential learning event is designed to help senior managers and key future talent significantly raise their performance for their next chapter as a leader.

The course will take a traits-based approach to leadership development. Instead of approaching "leadership" as a series of skills to be learned and perfected, this course will delve into the practices and character dimensions that allow leaders to build trust, develop a following, set ambitious goals, align strategy, and lead teams. Combining rich experiences, facilitated discussions, cohort learning, peer feedback, and interim assignments, the course will involve one evening session and four full days over a two-month time span (October & November). Participants in the course will be screened to insure "fit" and to develop maximally effective cohorts for peer-to-peer learning.

Who Should Participate
The target participant in Advancing Your Leadership Impact should:
• Have more than one direct report and are accountable for owning/managing their own budget (organization or department)
• Be responsible for executing on their departmental or organizational strategy
• Have the commitment of their organization to participate in the training process, meaning the participant's supervisor (if there is one) agrees to provide participant with feedback on their progress throughout the program in the prescribed way we will be asking for it, which involves at least three, 45 minute meetings between participant/supervisor and completing a basic questionnaire on the employee for us.
