Strategic Planning

COCC embarked on an 18-month strategic planning process in September 2011. A cross-campus team has done extensive work with the COCC Board of Directors, College community and greater Central Oregon area to update the College's strategic plan. As the College finalizes its strategic plan in the coming months, work will begin to connect strategic and operational planning.  Identifying specific student success strategies will be a critical step in operational planning.  Visit the COCC Strategic Planning page for complete details.

The College's Strategic Planning Committee and Core Theme Teams are working to better align accreditation requirements with College planning, including adopting one set of objectives and indicators to be used for both purposes. Work on this effort will continue into the implementation and assessment phases of strategic planning.
