| STRATEGIES
|
- Develop and implement long term marketing plan in conjunction with marketing firm
- Increase paid and unpaid marketing including traditional and social media
- Grow summer youth programs
- In coordination with campus coordinators, increase penetration and offerings in Madras and Prineville
- Develop strengthens as Beacon programs, such as;
- culinary
- summer youth programs
- technology
- health and wellness
- health care training
- transitions/boomers
- certification training prep
- Refine job functions and responsibilities to enhance marketing and customer service capabilities as a result of Flexible Registration
- Integrate Economic gardening concept into SBDC
- Develop proactive approach to meeting needs of business community through sales position
- Strengthen partnerships with organizations such as Deschutes Co Library, OSU, EDCO
- Strengthen pathways between non-credit and credit programs
- Develop and grow high quality transitions/boomer program
