  • Develop and implement long term marketing plan in conjunction with marketing firm
  • Increase paid and unpaid marketing including traditional and social media
  • Grow summer youth programs
  • In coordination with campus coordinators, increase penetration and offerings in Madras and Prineville
  • Develop strengthens as Beacon programs, such as;
    • culinary
    • summer youth programs
    • technology
    • health and wellness
    • health care training
    • transitions/boomers
    • certification training prep
  • Refine job functions and responsibilities to enhance marketing and customer service capabilities as a result of Flexible Registration
  • Integrate Economic gardening concept into SBDC
  • Develop proactive approach to meeting needs of business community through sales position
  • Strengthen partnerships with organizations such as Deschutes Co Library, OSU, EDCO
  • Strengthen pathways between non-credit and credit programs
  • Develop and grow high quality transitions/boomer program
