Cascade Culinary Institute The courses in the associate of applied science degree
programs are designed for persons preparing for immediate employment in business
occupations. Business Administration degrees may be awarded indicating emphasis in the
areas of specialization of Accounting, Marketing/ Management, Information Systems
Management, or Hospitality, Tourism and Recreation Management. Students should work
closely with their advisors to ensure that degree requirements are met.
