State-of-the-art Facility

The Jungers Culinary Center, which opened in Fall 2011, serves as a cornerstone for Cascade Culinary Institute. The 15,205 sq. ft. facility was built to Earth Advantage Gold standards, and boasts of construction, operations, and instruction that is sustainable in orientation. The facility consists of a total of three instructional kitchens, a demonstration theatre, and a dining room that serves as an applied learning environment for regional community members as part of Elevation Restaurant.
