Enjoy a free lunch, a COCC USB drive, drawings for bookstore and tuition credit and vital student success training before the term starts.

Lower stress and build confidence by learning: 

  • What instructors expect from you
  • Where the academic help is early on
  • How to use your electronic course management system (grade book, submitting assignments, etc.)
  • How to effective use your COCC student email effectively

After-event programming:

Activities consist of finding your classrooms and parking, local transportation, student club opportunities, special topic presentation, obtaining your student ID and parking permits, extra help with student accounts and financial aid emergency questions
