When is tuition due / How do I pay my bill?
Tuition is due the second Friday of the term. As always, avoid long lines and pay online!
There are several options for paying your tuition or other COCC bills (example: parking ticket or overdue library materials).
Payment Methods:
Online using Visa, MasterCard, checking or savings account
- Log into your Bobcat Web Account
- Choose Student Services and Financial Aid
- Choose Tuition/Fees and Online Payment
In-Person using Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, checks or cash
- Drop a check or credit card information in the COCC drop box in Boyle Education Center, Bend
- Pay in person at the Enrollment Services Office at any COCC campus
By Phone using Visa, MasterCard, or Discover CardBy Mail using check or money order

Note: funds must be from a United States' bank. COCC cannot accept funds from international banks.
Tuition Payment Information
Tuition is due the second Friday of the term. A tuition payment plan is available to students registered in six or more credits. There is a $1000 limit to the payment plan. To initiate a payment plan contract, students must complete a payment plan contract in person in the Enrollment Services Office at any COCC campus and pay a $20 administrative fee, plus one-third of tuition and fees by the tuition due date. The balance will be due approximately 40 days later.
