Project Scope

A 34,000-square-foot building to be constructed on the corner of Veterans Way and Salmon Drive in Redmond. The building will house technology-centered programs that will initially include

  • The Center for Entrepreneurial Excellence and Development
  • Nondestructive Testing and Inspection
  • Digital Arts and Media
  • Advanced Automotive
  • Flexible Technology

Funding

The project is funded by the November 2009 bond measure as well as a $5.7-million match from the state of Oregon.

Schedule Status

The project started in April 2013 and is scheduled to open for fall classes in September 2014.
