Room Size & Furnishings

• Most standard double rooms are 11'x14'
• Standard twin beds and mattresses.
• Bed linen and towels not provided

Dining Plan

• Students living in the residence hall are provided a full board plan through Sodexo.
• Nineteen meals are served on campus each week while the college is in session.
  • Breakfast service on weekdays is located in the Grandview building in the Fireplace Lounge.
  • Lunch and Dinner on weekdays, and Brunch and Dinner on weekends are served in the Campus Center dining hall.

Mazama Gym Pass

• Gym, Fitness Center, and Field schedule

Laundry Facilities

• Two washers and three dryers on each wing
• Cost is $1.00 per wash and dry, machines take quarters

Internet Access

• Wireless internet throughout the building
• Quick and easy access to email, the Internet, and BlackBoard

Cable Television

• Each residence hall room has a cable jack and includes BendBroadband Cable Television.
• All you need is a coax cable and a cable-ready television or computer.

• Delivered to mailboxes in the lobby

Appliances

• Some small appliances permitted
• Prohibited appliances: air conditioners, large refrigerators, electric heaters, toaster ovens, exterior antennas, hot plates, cooking appliances

Residence Hall Staff

• Live-in residential life staff provides personal and academic assistance and support
  • Resident Director (RD) lives in the building
  • Resident Assistant (RA) on every other floor

The Residence Hall is closed during the holiday break periods. Students residing in the residence hall must find other housing accommodations during those times. Term-by-term contracts are not available, housing is for the full academic year.
