Friday-Saturday

Traffic Detour
This Friday, May 9, and Saturday morning May 10, the main entrance to Loop Road will be closed due to continued construction of the Campus Center Building (see map below).

Students, staff and visitors seeking access to the upper part of campus are advised to use Parking Lot C (the “serpentine” lot). This includes all the way around to the Metolius parking lot. Those leaving the Metolius lot will need to exit by driving back up and around Ochoco (the wrong way on a one-way street).

Phone and Internet Service
Connections for the Campus Center Building voice and data lines will be made on Friday, May 9, and Saturday morning May 10. This will create the following interruptions in service:

Beginning noon to 8 p.m. on Friday, May 9 there will be no phones operational in Boyle Education Center, Ponderosa, Campus Services and Mazama Gymnasium. We do not anticipate any down time for the switchboard. Information on forwarding phones and fax lines will be sent to those impacted.

On Saturday, 7 a.m. until noon, there will be no network access for Boyle Education Center, Ponderosa, Campus Services, Cascades Hall , Redmond Campus, Mazama and Chandler and no internet access for the entire campus (except for Juniper Hall).

Most important: Internet access to the COCC website from off campus, which includes Blackboard, Student & Staff Online Services, and Library services, will be unavailable Saturday 7 a.m. - noon.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We attempted to select dates and times that would have the least impact on the College.
