Free and open to the public.

Amy Harper, COCC Anthropology scholar, will lead a discussion of Leila Ahmed's book that explores the changing meaning of wearing the veil for Muslim women.
Copies of the book are available to check out from the library. A few copies will also be offered free to students who plan to participate in the discussion. Students can sign up for a free copy at the library.
