May 15 of the first year of cycle. Exception: Oct. 15th of the second year is the deadline for new faculty on their first cycle. |
| PIP Funding Requests |
Normally, minimum of 2 weeks prior to expected expenditure. Funding requests will be reviewed by the Vice President of Instruction or an appointee. |
| Funding Request Revisions |
Two weeks prior to any needed action, such as submitting to file or reviewing funding requests. |
| Final Reports |
By October 15th of last year of the cycle. Plans submitted after this date may not meet Tenure and Promotion file closure deadlines. |
| Sabbatical Proposals |
November 30th (of the year prior to the sabbatical). |
| Sabbatical Final Reports |
Normally, within 30 working days of return to college (per contract). |
