PIP Revisions

An approved Revision should be on file to account for major changes in the original proposed Plan. 

Due to changes in circumstances, primary assignment, or job descriptions, it may be necessary to revise a PIP in the middle of a cycle. A revision should be prepared and submitted to both the DE and the Dean for approval.
