COCC Surveys

COCC is a data driven, decision-marking institution which gathers information a number of different ways. One method is the distribution of surveys to COCC staff, students and community members.

When a survey is required to support the planning or assessment of College activities, the Institutional Effectiveness office is available to help and provides the following services:

• Assistance with survey development, asking the right questions
• Making surveys available as online links
• Guidance on appropriate dissemination (timing, announcement, incentives, etc)
• Downloading and analyzing results
