COCC Transfer Reports

There are two data sources available to COCC to track where credit students transfer. The Oregon Office of Community College and Workforce Development (CCWD) coordinates a data match with the Oregon University System to generate an annual report tracking students transfer activity between the 17 Oregon Community Colleges and the 7 Oregon Public Universities - CC to OUS Transfer Activity - available below. In addition, the Oregon University System's Office of Institutional Research generates a GPA report which provides the average student OUS GPA the first year after transferring from an Oregon community college - CC to OUS GPA After Transfer - available below.

The College also has access to the National Student Clearinghouse the nation's largest database of student enrollment data from US colleges and universities. Using this data source, COCC is able to track where students transfer outside the state of Oregon.
