O365 HELP - I cannot login to Email

If you are having difficulties logging into your COCC email since the Office 365 migration - PLEASE READ and TRY the steps in this document prior to contacting us.

You can access your email from the student login website http://www.cocc.edu/Student-Email-Login/

Make sure to login with the 82#@cocc.edu and your existing password.  Passwords did not change.

NEW Office 365 Email System  - The Office 365 login process is as follows:

When you login to email, you will see some type of login screen:

You will then type in your 82#@cocc.edu in the user name field and your current password (passwords did not change)

You will then be launched into the email environment.
