Please consider changing lives by giving to the COCC Foundation. Scholarships have an effect that resonates through several generations; your donation not only changes the scholarship recipient, but the future population of Central Oregon. Read how donations change the lives of students.

The COCC Foundation supports academic excellence through scholarships, capital improvements, and program development. The COCC Foundation relies on private financial support to enhance the value of our community college to students, local citizens and businesses.

The COCC Foundation assets are managed for the Foundation by Commonfund. Performance is monitored, and appropriate recommendations are made to the Board of Trustees by the Foundation's Investment Committee.

The COCC Foundation thanks the businesses and individuals who gave directly to scholarships in the 2011-2012 academic year.

The COCC Foundation thanks the many donors who have generously given to the endowments at COCC.

Ways of giving to the COCC Foundation
There are several ways of giving to the Central Oregon Community College Foundation.
Gifts may consist of:

• Cash
• Appreciated marketable securities
• Real estate
• Personal property
• Life insurance
• Bequests
• Life income arrangements
• Other charitable income vehicles

An unrestricted gift is the most valuable to the Foundation and is allocated where the need is the greatest. Or you may designate your gift to:

• Scholarships
• New facilities
• Special programs
• Faculty development

Planned Giving Guidelines
In all planned giving arrangements, the interests of the donor come before those of the COCC Foundation. We treat information connected with any planned giving arrangement with the strictest of confidentiality.
