Application for VA Educational Benefits
Veterans who have either not received education benefits in the past or are applying for education benefits under a different VA education benefits must complete and submitted the VA Educational Benefit application through VONAPP.
Once your application is submitted, mail copy of DD214 or Nobe to VA Muskogee Oklahoma:
