Massage Therapy Continuing Education classes are offered in conjunction with the COCC Massage Therapy Certificate Program. These in-depth, high quality classes will not only satisfy your continuing education requirements for your Massage License but will also allow you to add depth and value to your practice and bring new skills to your clients. Required textbooks can be purchased via the COCC Bookstore or online.

Integrated Therapies
This class will enhance LMT skills and techniques using Ayurvedic modalities in a holistic massage session. Prior education and an understanding of basic massage techniques is required (50 contact hours, CEUs included).

Introduction to the properties and benefits of essential oils and their effects on the body when used in a clinical and holistic setting. Prior education and an understanding of basic massage techniques is required. (50 contact hours, CEUs included).

Neuromuscular Techniques: Extremities
This course covers advanced myofascial coursework focusing on the treatment of specific injuries and conditions within the scope of a licensed massage therapist. Prior education and an understanding of basic massage techniques is required. (30 contact hours, CEUs included).

Pregnancy Massage
This course will cover advance training for working with pregnant clients. Prior education and an understanding of basic massage techniques is required. (20 contact hours, CEUs included).

This course teaches Thai foot reflexology routines, pressure points and techniques that combine to make a unique foot massage. Prior education and an understanding of basic massage techniques required. (20 contact hours, CEUs included).

This course is designed to provide an introduction to the principles of body mechanics through the practice of Qigong, utilizing movement and theory as it applies to the work of massage therapy.
