NEW! Building Teams That Work Online + Classroom  Starts July 17, 2013
Learn the components of a successful team and the stages of its development in this blended learning course which includes online and highly interactive classroom sessions. You'll master the skills you'll need to effectively manage projects, make decisions, and solve problems in a team setting. Plus, you'll have a chance to learn the pitfalls of unhealthy group interaction and minimize any of its effects on your team. Starting July 17, you will complete two online sessions each week for six weeks at times convenient for your schedule. Classroom sessions are scheduled for three evenings, July 29, August 12 and 26, where you will deepen your learning in lecture, group discussion and experiential activities to better understand the dynamics of teams. The COCC  Leadership Series 
These monthly sessions give managers and team leaders the practical skills they need to improve office communication, enhance collaboration, develop confidence and increase productivity. Take the entire series ($725.00) or individual seminars ($95.00 each). The classes listed below include monthly session topics in Bend October, 2012 through June, 2013.
