Community Learning Registration Help - New Students
HOW TO REGISTER / LOGIN
Note: If you have enrolled in Community Learning classes in the past please see: Registration Help for Returning Students.
New Students:
Step 1 - Contact us to establish a COCC Student ID Number
Call (541) 383-7270, Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm
Email us at ceinfo@cocc.edu with the following information: name, mailing address, phone number, email address and date of birth (required). We will respond to you in one business day.
Step 2 - Register (online, by phone, mail, email or in-person)
ONLINE - Search and Register for classes using our online registration system.

For iPhone and iPad users, please note that our registration requires Flash. Please call us at (541) 383-7270, so we can assist you with your registration.
PHONE - Call (541) 383-7270, Open Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
MAIL - Download Community Learning Mail-In Registration Form here (pdf).
EMAIL - Email us at ceinfo@cocc.edu. Include your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, date of birth (required), class title and start date. We will respond to you in one business day to confirm your registration and arrange payment.
IN-PERSON - Registrations accepted Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm at the following campus locations:
- Bend Chandler Building (Off Campus) 1027 NW Trenton Ave.
- Madras COCC Campus 1170 E Ashwood Rd.
- Prineville - COCC Crook Co. Open Campus 510 SE Lynn Blvd.
- Redmond COCC Campus 2030 SE College Loop., Bldg. 3

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations received seven days prior to the start of the class will receive a full refund. Students will receive full refunds in the form of a check for any classes cancelled by COCC. Exceptions to the general refund policy are noted in the course details on our website and in the printed schedule. Contact us if you have any questions.
