Board Priorities and Institutional Effectiveness
May 2011, the COCC Board of Directors revised and affirmed priorities for the 2011-13 biennium in the following five areas:
- Access
- Success
- Strategic Partnerships and Response to Regional Needs
- Continual Improvement
- Institutional Viability
The purpose of the priorities was to set the expectation for College staff to make significant, focused progress in the identified areas, as well as establish methods of assessment, communication and identification of policy issues to be further reviewed by the Board.
Institutional Effectiveness reporting communicates the College's progress in the established Board priority areas.
