Tuition Due Dates for 2012-13

Payment Information

Payment must be made on or prior to the tuition due date.  There are several options for paying your Tuition:

Online via Bobcat Web Account using Visa, MasterCard, checking or savings account

In-Person using Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, checks or cash

• Bend:  Pay in person at Enrollment Services in Boyle Education Center
• Redmond: Pay in person at Enrollment Services (Building 3)
• Madras:  Pay in person at Enrollment Services
• Prineville:  Pay in person at Enrollment Services

By Phone using Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card

• Call  541-383-7229

By Mail using check or money order

• Make check or money order payable to "COCC" and mail to:

 Note: funds must be from a United States’ bank.  COCC cannot accept funds from international banks.

Tuition Payment Plan

A tuition payment plan is available in Enrollment Services at all COCC campuses.  Students must be registered in six or more credits, pay a $20 administrative fee, plus one-third of tuition and fees (by 5pm on the tuition due date).  There is a $1000 limit to the payment plan.  To initiate a payment plan, the contract must be completed in person in Enrollment Services at all COCC campuses. Spring term's tuition balance will be due by Wednesday, May 22, 2013.   

Students utilizing the tuition payment plan are responsible for meeting registration and/or withdrawal deadlines for refund purposes.
