Facility Rentals and Room Reservations

Central Oregon Community College offers a wide variety of meeting and training spaces, ranging from small conference rooms and small-to-large classrooms to auditoriums.

The College's main campus is located on the western edge of Bend, a city known for its natural beauty and its proximity to diverse recreational opportunities.

The 193-acre campus offers quiet, peaceful surroundings and a spectacular view of the Oregon Cascade mountain range from nearly every point on the grounds.

BEND MEETING ACCOMMODATIONS
Classrooms
Classroom-style rooms with tables and chairs or tablet desks. Seating capacity ranges from 25 to 100. Rooms may include equipment ranging from TV/VCR, overhead and screen, to computer/projection unit, video projection and Internet connection.

Computer Labs
Labs equipped with a variety of software and latest technology seating between 23 and 28 people. Technical support is available.

Conference Rooms
Meeting spaces with seating ranging from eight to 20. Conference-style setting.

Hitchcock Auditorium 
This 129-seat auditorium includes computer/projection and video projection, internet service and laptop connectivity, large screen and audio system and is ideal for lectures, seminars, recitals or films.

Other Room Offerings
COCC also offers reception spaces, including the beautiful Library Rotunda, as well as scenic views from the North and South Sisters rooms.

REDMOND CAMPUS ACCOMMODATIONS
Convenient Location
The newly constructed (2001) Redmond Campus is located on 25 acres across from the Redmond airport just 20 minutes from Bend. Redmond serves as the northern hub for Deschutes County and is easily accessible from Highway 97 (north-south) and Highway 26 (east-west).

Multimedia Classrooms
There are several classroom-style meeting rooms with tables and chairs, one room with adjustable padded chairs and rolling tables. All rooms have whiteboards and multi-media equipment. Seating capacity is from 34 to 40 classroom style.

Computer Lab
The computer lab consists of a network of 24 Pentium IBM compatible computers with Windows XP operating system and Microsoft Office software, a CD-ROM and a HP LaserJet printer. The instructor workstation has multi-media capability.

BEND CAMPUS JUNIPER HALL  - SUMMER CONFERENCE LODGING
Juniper Hall, the campus lodging facility, accommodates up to 100 people in comfortably furnished rooms. A full-service business office and wireless Internet access will help meet group needs. The building is equipped with a large-screen TV & DVD player and game room. All of this, combined with a lodge-style main lounge that looks out onto a spectacular view of the Cascades, adds up to an overnight housing option that simply can't be beat! There is a wide variety of food service available on the COCC campus to complement campus room rentals.
